You will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on the part of Trinity Enterprise. You must return your item directly to Trinity Enterprise within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition in which you received it to be eligible for a full refund. The request for refund can be initiated though your account.

The refund will be applied your credit card account once we have received the returned item. Trinity Enterprise will provide you with confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
